  1. 1

How much of your team's day is repetitive, rules-based work?

Replying to the same questions, data entry, booking, routing, follow-ups.

  2. 2

Do inquiries or tasks arrive through tools you could connect?

A shared inbox, a web form, WhatsApp or Instagram DMs, a CRM, a helpdesk.

Could you write down the rules for how a task should be handled?

What makes a business ready

Readiness isn't about company size or how technical you are. It comes down to a few honest questions: how much of the work is repetitive and rules-based, whether it flows through tools an AI employee can connect to, how consistent the steps are, and how much slow responses are costing you. It also matters that you're comfortable approving important actions and that someone can own the setup.

If most of your work needs human judgment or happens off-screen, an AI employee isn't the right move yet, and the quiz will say so plainly. If it's a fit, the fastest win is almost always the single highest-volume task that costs you the most in delay. Start narrow, keep a human in the loop, and expand from there.
