The service
Emplai provides curated AI employees that perform business tasks with a human approving anything high-risk. You are responsible for what your employees are configured to do and for reviewing the actions you approve.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the data you connect or submit.
Acceptable use
Do not use Emplai to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights, or attempt to compromise the service or other tenants. We may suspend accounts that do.
Approvals and accuracy
AI output can be wrong. Emplai holds high-risk actions for your approval, but you are responsible for what you approve. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.
Billing
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Emplai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
