Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data you give us (name, email, organization). Business content you connect or send through Emplai so an AI employee can act on it (leads, messages, calendar and CRM data). Standard technical logs (IP, request metadata) needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the service: run your AI employees, keep a human-in-the-loop approval trail, and improve reliability and security. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business content to train third-party models.

Third parties

We use infrastructure and model providers to operate Emplai (for example hosting, database, and the AI model that powers reasoning). They process data only to deliver the service. Tools you connect (Google, HubSpot, Slack) are governed by their own terms; you grant and can revoke that access at any time.

Security

Connected credentials are encrypted at rest, secrets are never exposed to the browser, and every high-risk action waits for your approval. See our security overview.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data, and disconnect any integration, from your dashboard or by contacting us. Deleting your organization removes its data.
